Alright so I have an issue going on that NEEDS to be fixed somehow So my GTA SA is not rendering any high resolution textures and it only will flicker in between low and high res textures for roads, buildings and other things like trees, signs, and other props are flickering. My Machines Specs are. Windows 10.
