Battlefield Bad Company 2 MASE You can play BFBC2 on LAN if you want with friends. NO bots and as the things stated, wont will be soon just on Xbox has onslaught, the ONLY mode what it has bots, but on PC there is not any not even the onslaught gamemode, there is DM,RUSH,CONQUEST,SQDM,SQRUSH gamemodes. So uhm, listen guys, bots have been there since the first of battlefield and i see that that trend has ended since bad company but if you add this as atleast an offline practice mode then that would be great
Another option is that you can start a map without any bots, but after you enter map, you can still use console to add bots yourself like "bf1_bot_add" As for AI, my idea is that adding a very simple ai for the beginning, like choose random weapon and spawn, take points and shoot the enemies, after that I consider to use Neural Networks and

In Battlefield 3 however, which takes place in 2014, no such "Russo-American War" is ever mentioned, neither in the Single-, Multiplayer nor Co-Op missions. The same applies to Battlefield 4, which takes place in 2020. So does that mean that the Bad Company games take place after Battlefield 3+4 or in an "alternate timeline" altogether?
1 Answer. No it is not. The only way you can play by yourself is to play the single player campaign. I can only speak for the XBOX360 platform, but this is not an option. I would assume on the PC someone (unofficially) could develop an add on.
Unreal Tournament, Quake, Battlefield 2, and Battlefront 2 (original) bot matches are way more fun. I highly suspect they just copy and pasted bot logic from the Battlefield 2 refactor engine and half-assed it at that. Compared to Battlefield 2 (2005) the bots in Battlefield 2042: Do not join squads with human players. Do not follow the player.
